BlackBerry finally round up the company's sales. Canadian mobile phone company announced that it has signed a sales agreement with a consortium of companies led by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited.
Reported CrackBerry, today, signing in the Letter of Intent (LOI) mentions, Fairfax will buy a company with an estimated value of U.S. $ 4.7 billion, equivalent to Rp53, 7 trillion.
BlackBerry will also receive U.S. $ 9 for each stock that the consortium was taken over in cash.
