Twitter Buy Mobile Ad Company, MoPub Rp 3.9 Trillion
SAN FRANCISCO - Twitter has just bought a converter for mobile online advertising, MoPub. Microblogging company announced the acquisition in a post on their blog on Monday (9/9).
San Francisco-based company did not reveal how much the value of the transaction. It's just that someone close to the matter said on Twitter reached 350 million U.S. dollars (USD 3.9 trillions) to buy a majority stake MoPub.
The deal turned the company's stock price to around 20 U.S. dollars, whereas mikroblogg services stocks in the secondary market reached 20 dollars more, according to the sources.
MoPub application allows companies to record the trace amount of ad clicks in real time, just like Google did with its DoubleClick.
